Brie Larson, a well known actress and winner of the Academy award, Golden Globe and Emmy. Born in Sacramento, California, October 1st, 1989. Popular for her main roles in Captain Marvel and Scott Pilgrim vs The World. Brie Larson’s acting career began at a young age, with her first major role in the Disney Channel original movie “Right on Track”. She continued to act in various films and TV shows before receiving critical acclaim for her performance in the independent film “Short Term 12”. Larson’s breakout role came in 2015 with her portrayal of Joy “Ma” Newsome in the film “Room”, for which she won the Academy Award for Best Actress. She continued to make waves in the industry with her role as Captain Marvel in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, becoming the first woman to lead a Marvel superhero film. Outside of acting, Larson is also a talented singer and musician, having released her debut album “Finally Out of P.E.” in 2005. She is also an advocate for various causes such as gender equality, diversity in the film industry, and animal rights.
